2023 IACET Call for Nominations
The IACET Awards program honors deserving individuals, innovators, projects or programs that have significantly contributed to the field of continuing education and training. IACET affiliates are invited to submit self-nominations or nominations for other Accredited Provider programs. The deadline for nominations will be Monday, July 17, 2023 @ 7:00 AM EDT.
Key Dates and Deadlines

- Call for Nominations Closes | July 17, 2023
- Award Review Begins | July 17, 2023
- Award Review Concludes | July 25, 2023
- Notification of Winners & Finalists | July 31, 2023
Deadlines may be shifted based on the discretion of IACET Staff and the number of proposals received. Changes modified to the Nomination Review, Conclusion, or Notification of Winners & Finalists will be communicated to Nomination Submitters ahead of time.
Award Evaluation Criteria
The 2023 IACET Call for Nominations Evaluation Criteria differ based on which Award is being evaluated. Across all award types, the IACET Awards Committee will give preference to those excelling in the following elements:
- Alignment and connection to the identified award.
- Informative and data-driven reasoning for Nomination Criteria.
- Applicable and relevant information.
- Well-defined format and presentation of information.
- Minimal spelling, grammar, and typographical errors.

Award Evaluation Process
All nominations are submitted to the IACET Awards Committee for review based on the Award identified by the submitter. Submissions are scored based on the above-identified rubric aligned to each award, with ties broken by the committee chair. Once submitted, changes to the award nomination may not be altered or updated by the applicant. Award recipients will be honored at the IACET Awards Dinner on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St.Louis, MO.
