Reset the Blocked Email Address Flag

If automated emails sent to you have been blocked, our system marks your address as bad and won't send future emails to that address.  If you have added us to your safe senders list, use these instructions to let us know its safe to send future emails to you.

Steps to Reset "Blocked Email Address" Flag

  1. Navigate to the Edit Profile page.
  2. Click the Connect tab
  3. Scroll down to the Email Addresses panel
  4. Click the Pencil Icon to edit the address
  5. Uncheck the Is Bad? checkmark
  6. Press the Save Email Address button
