Sterling, VA, August 26, 2026 – The International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is pleased to announce the return of Greg Richmond, and Dr. Laura Foxx to its Board of Directors. Their continued service brings valuable institutional knowledge and professional expertise spanning workforce development, continuing education, healthcare, organizational leadership, credentialing, and professional learning.
“Greg and Laura have each made meaningful contributions to IACET, and we are fortunate to have them continue their service,” said Randy Bowman, President and CEO of IACET. “Returning directors provide an important combination of continuity and perspective, and each of these leaders brings expertise that strengthens how we approach our mission and the evolving needs of the continuing education and training community.”
Greg Richmond, Corporate Training Director at Group CBS, brings more than 20 years of leadership and management experience with a career rooted in technical education, electrical safety, workforce development, and standards-based training. His professional background includes more than two decades of active-duty military service as well as progressive leadership roles with AVO Training Institute, where he oversaw training operations, instructional teams, safety programs, curriculum modernization, and accreditation processes.
“I’m proud and excited to return to the IACET Board of Directors and once again work alongside such a fantastic group of dedicated professionals. I look forward to contributing to IACET’s continued growth and helping shape the direction of the organization over the next three years as we advance the standards and value of continuing education and training,” said Richmond.
Dr. Laura Foxx is a career public service professional whose experience spans higher education, corporate philanthropy, healthcare, organizational leadership, and community service. Her work has included leading large-scale initiatives focused on operational excellence, employee engagement, healthcare innovation, and strategic collaboration. Foxx also brings significant IACET leadership experience, including previous service as Treasurer, Chair of the Finance Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee.
