Press Release: IACET Announces the Re-Election and Election of Board of Director Members

Sterling, VA August 21, 2023 - The International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is pleased to announce the re-election of two esteemed members to its Board of Directors, as well as the election of a new member who will contribute to the organization’s continued growth and success.

Maria Diaz, a dynamic and dedicated professional, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors. With over 15 years of experience in the Construction Safety Industry as a Training Coordinator, Director of Training, and Vice President of Training and Marketing, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that has been instrumental in shaping the IACET's strategic direction. Her passion for innovation and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the board.

Daryl Lim, another incumbent member, has also been re-elected to the Board of Directors. Daryl's 15 plus years of experience in design thinking that allowed him to develop solutions that include skills maps, evidence-based goal management, personalized skills profiles, career progression pathways, training and assessment systems and courseware, has proven to be an asset to IACET and his insights have consistently guided the company toward achieving its goals. His dedication to the IACET’s mission and his strong leadership skills have played a pivotal role in its success.

Joining the board as a new member is Gregory Richmond. As the Director of Training for IACET Accredited Provider, AVO Training Institute, Greg's expertise aligns seamlessly with IACET's vision and objectives. His fresh perspectives and strategic insights are expected to contribute significantly to the board's strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
