Announcement

The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) today announced that Joseph McClary has resigned his position as CEO to pursue other professional interests.

IACET Board Chair Peter Finn, Deputy Executive Director & CLO, Society of Women Engineers, said, “Under Joe’s leadership, IACET has developed a number of new programs that has increased the association’s overall value proposition and positioned IACET for future success. On behalf of the Board and the membership, we thank Joe for his contributions and wish him well in his future endeavors.”

“We now begin a search for a new CEO to lead IACET in achieving its short- and long-term strategic goals. The Board and I look forward to working with the next CEO to advance the global workforce by providing the standard framework for quality learning and development through accreditation.”

IACET Executive Committee Board Members Jim Barnes and Andrew Kauser will share responsibilities of interim lead for the organization, reporting directly to the IACET Board of Directors until the new CEO is selected and onboarded.

More information regarding the CEO position will be available on the IACET website, www.iacet.org, in the coming weeks.
