Call for Abstracts
All submissions for the IACET 4th Annual CE/T Conference must be submitted through the ProposalSpace platform. When submitting an abstract, it is critical that all Presenter information is fully completed and updated.

Key Dates and Deadlines
- Call for Abstracts Opens | September 14, 2022
- Call for Abstracts Closes | February 22, 2023
- Abstract Review Begins | February 4, 2023
- Abstract Review Concludes | March 7, 2023
- Notification of Accepted Abstracts | March 10, 2023
- Deadline for Presenter Registration | August 5, 2023
Deadlines may be shifted based on the discretion of IACET Staff and the number of abstracts received. Changes modified to the Abstract Review, Conclusion, or Notification of Acceptance will be communicated to Abstract Submitters ahead of time.
Abstract Peer Review Criteria
IACET Abstract Reviewers will peer review and score abstracts based on the following criteria:
- Alignment and connection to the identified track.
- Informative and innovative Session Title, Description, and Objectives.
- Applicable and relevant learning outcomes.
- Well-defined format and demonstrated expertise of the presenter.
- Minimal spelling, grammar, and typographical errors.
All abstracts are submitted for peer review based on the Track identified by the submitter. Available conference slots are filled by the highest-ranked proposal based on schedule availability. Submitted abstracts are subject to revision or modification based on recommendation of Reviewers, to include title or description updates, presentation format, or combination of like presentations. Presenters shall be notified of changes and requests during the Selection Notification process.
