To ensure that our workforce has the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to serve Rotarians and RI's other constituents, the Rotary International's Global Talent & Organization Development department provides soft skills training in a plethora of topics, including public speaking, customer service, time management, critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, personality types in the workplace, etc., as well as training in areas such as employment and labor law, preventing harassment and discrimination, promoting diversity, etc.
