Pam Rosenberg, CAE, is the Director of Education for The American Society for Nondestructive Testing. She has been in association management for 15 years, focusing on education development and credentialing. Her expertise includes education program development and strategy, international education program development, virtual conferencing, virtual and in-person member networking, credentialing management, and committee leadership and training. In 2016 she earned her CAE credential from ASAE and the Credentialing Specialist Certificate through the Institute of Credentialing Excellence. She is a 2020 recipient of Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 Awards Program. She holds a BS in Public Affairs and a Certificate in Business from Indiana University. She currently serves as the Vice Chair for the PDPAC Engagement Committee.
Kailyn Grantner, MS, CPTD, has experience working within learning and development for a tier-one automotive manufacturer and most recently within the association sphere. She completed her MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning through Boise State University, and she earned the designation as a Certified Professional in Talent Development in 2023 through the Association for Talent Development. Kaitlyn currently lives in Kentucky with her husband and a variety of animals. She enjoys showing her dogs, reading, and a variety of outdoor activities.
Kaitlyn has facilitated numerous SME projects with contributors ranging from early careerists, committee and council chairs, board members, and mid- and upper-level association staff.
