Certified Virtual Learning Coach™

This certificate is an advanced program intended to help training managers and virtual function leads assist members of the training team in creating their own paths to virtual training excellence.

During this practical and hands-on experience, Virtual Classroom Coaches will actively learn to assess members of the virtual training team using robust evaluation instruments developed specifically for virtual classroom designers, facilitators, and producers. They will then learn how to use that assessment data to coach individual practitioners and assist in helping them create their own paths to virtual excellence. In addition, they will learn how to properly compile and analyze this data into actionable information for the organization.

Learning Objectives:

The Certified Virtual Learning Coach® is an advanced program intended to help training managers and virtual function leads assist members of the training team in creating their own paths to virtual training excellence.
