FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Sterling, VA — August 27, 2025-The International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has announced the election of Amie Royer to its Board of Directors in a director-elected seat. Royer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality professional development, particularly for early childhood education providers, while upholding rigorous standards. With a strong focus on scalable online learning, she has worked to remove barriers such as cost, travel, and policy limitations. She also engages directly with lawmakers and policymakers to ensure training standards are thoughtfully integrated into regulations and practice.
“Amie’s combination of quality advocacy and policy fluency will help IACET champion standards where they matter most—at the point of practice and in the public square,” said Randy Bowman, President & CEO of IACET. “Her commitment to both access and rigor is exactly what our field needs.”
