Press Release: IACET Announces the Newly Elected Director on the Board of Directors, Dr. Teresa Hardee

Sterling, VA August 29, 2024 - The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is delighted to announce the election of Dr. Teresa Hardee to its Board of Directors. Dr. Hardee brings over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership across public administration, higher education, and non-profit sectors.

Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Administration and Finance, Dr. Hardee has a proven track record in enhancing financial sustainability, reengineering business processes, and developing performance indicators. Her previous roles include CFO, VP for Finance and Administration, and senior leadership positions at multiple universities, along with various accounting and finance roles in the private sector.

Dr. Hardee holds a CPA designation, Six Sigma Black Belt, and advanced degrees from Fayetteville State University, NC Central University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Her expertise will be a valuable asset to IACET’s strategic efforts.
