Program Description

To succeed in an ever-changing environment, evert organization needs to continually reinvent its process, products, and services.  Leaders play a key role in this process. By becoming more effective in supporting the team in initiating and implementing change, the leader can turn uncertainty into opportunity and help the organization stay competitive. This session will examine the state of change in modern organizations and provide specific tools and techniques to help the leader drive change.

Audience

This program is designed to provide the leadership of the organization with ideas and practical guidance for driving change.

  6. Overcoming Resistance to change

Participants will be provided with a certificate of program completion and digital badge.
