In this webinar we will review the document types needed by any Continuing Education and Training organization to be successful. We will spend additional time during our April workshop to review in depth one particularly important document: the Process Document. Additional guidance and help will be given to those who want to submit a process document after the workshop.
During the hour-long webinar we will spend time to identify which parts of the standard require a well-documented process.
