As an IACET commissioner, one of that areas I've found organizations have a hard time offering evidence for in their applications for accreditation or reaccreditation revolves around Element 6.3: The Provider shall have a process to ensure instructional methods are appropriately matched to achieve the learning outcomes and to incorporate adult learning principles. This might be a little easier for those offering in-person or virtual instruction because you can facilitate activities and observe whether learners are making connections and learning new skills. When it comes to elearning, many training designers struggle to design interactions that actually are appropriately matched to achieve their learning outcomes.
